These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) represent an agreement between you and ScoreEdge, an assumed name under the stewardship of Philo Council/Philo Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tennessee and Florida. By accessing or using the services provided by ScoreEdge (“we” or “us”) through ScoreEdge.com (the “Site”) and related applications or platforms (collectively, “Sites”), you agree to abide by these Terms.

By using the Sites, engaging with ScoreEdge services, and/or requesting information, you indicate your agreement to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they govern your use of the Site and services provided by ScoreEdge.

1. About ScoreEdge

ScoreEdge is a service offered by Philo Ministries to provide credit education and self-help resources to individuals looking to improve their credit standing. ScoreEdge is not a credit repair company. We do not offer direct credit repair services or guarantee specific credit score results. Instead, we provide access to tools, educational resources, and optional expert virtual assistant (VA) guidance to support you in managing and disputing errors on your credit report.

2. Privacy Policy

ScoreEdge values your privacy and handles personal information responsibly. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Sites or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Overview

Our services include:

  • Access to credit improvement tools and educational resources.
  • VA guidance to support self-managed credit improvement efforts.
  • Optional DIY training modules for credit report management.

4. Membership and Fees

ScoreEdge operates as a membership service. By becoming a member for $39.95 per month, you receive:

  • Access to our credit repair software.
  • Free hands-on guidance from trained VAs.
  • Optional one-on-one personalized coaching for an additional fee.

The membership fee does not cover credit monitoring services, which are required and may be purchased separately. Payment is due monthly and is non-refundable once the membership term begins.

5. How ScoreEdge Works

The process for using ScoreEdge services includes:

  1. Becoming a Member: Accessing the tools and guidance by joining for a monthly fee.

  4. Importing Credit Reports: Streamlined access to necessary data for dispute management.
  5. Expert VA Assistance: Available at any point for guidance or hands-on help in using the software and tools.

6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve any disputes with ScoreEdge through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, waiving your right to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, as modified by these Terms.

You agree to:

  • Waive the right to trial by jury.
  • Waive the right to participate in class actions.
  • Resolve disputes individually through arbitration.
